2023 Pricing Guide
Nightly RV Rates
All sites are full hook up 50/30/20 amp and are 30' wide by 63' long. We do require a one day refundable deposit to hold your site. If something in your plans change and you can't make it there's a $5 cancellation fee to cover the credit card fees. Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation your deposit will be forfeited. Our site pricing is for 2 adults and 2 children per site, extra guests are $3.50 per day each. Check-in 1:00PM to 8:00PM. Check out is 11:00 AM

Monthly RV Rates
Monthly Sites Rates include water, sewer, WIFI & you pay your own electric with a $250.00 electric deposit. You may be subject to background checks- No convicted violent felons, no convicted sex offenders, no convicted or current drug sellers.

We offer a 10% discount for our Nightly Rates to all Active Military and Veterans. Thank you for your Service!
We also offer a 10% discount on our Nightly Rates to Good Sam Members.
